NFL player has been charged after allegedly sliding a credit card down a waitress’s dress and fondling her breast.
Court papers say Washington Redskins player Albert Haynesworth was in the rooftop lounge of a Washington hotel bar at 2am on February 13 when the alleged incident took place.
Mr Haynesworth, 29, denies the charge, but if convicted, he could be jailed for six months and fined $1,000.
