WHY IS love so easy to ask for, yet so hard to find even after you’ve found it? The person you trusted had plans that you’re not INCLUDED IN. You become the INTRUDER THEN.
WHY DO they have to look for love when you give them love, but make you feel as if your gift is just not enough… You’re left SECLUDED IN, because you can’t let go of a love you’re DEEP ROOTED IN.
WHY IS “ALL MY HEART” just not what it used to be? How come “TEAR ME DOWN” Â is now what we know LOVE’S TRUTH TO BE? I guess true love now includes TEARS AND HEARTBREAK.
WHY DO the ones you love make promises they had intentions on keeping with intentions on breaking, but we look past it because it’s better to look the other way…. So HERE’S THE HEARTBREAK.
WHY IS it so easy for people to hide behind pain, vowing to never love again, because of the hurt, but like a HYPOCRITE the new people that love them…….THEY DAMAGE.
WHY DO the people who hurt you seem to go on to happiness and move on with their lives while you’re in a constant battle with letting go? You’re dying, but THEY MANAGE.
WHY IS it that we ask GOD for help, but 1 hour later we’re still trying to devise a plan to get them back, not realizing that PART OF OUR BLESSING was to get them OUT OUR LIFE?
WHY DO we feel that a friend has every answer until they say we need to GET IN CHURCH and just GIVE IT TO GOD? Do we understand that praying is not a dating service and FAITH is ABOUT OUR LIFE?
WHY IS love a WHY IS and not a WHY NOT? Isn’t this the thing that we sought after, ran behind and caught up with to only find out that it was something we should have RUN FROM?
WHY DO the ladies who deserve love get the assholes who make them wish love never existed, so they sit at home alone and wonder when will this perfect MAN COME?
WHY IS love so commercial now? WHY DO the guys that actually give a damn get the DEAR JOHN letters from someone they once called a DEAR WIFE?
WHY DO the fellas that mean well always GET THE SHORT END OF THE STICK, while NOT GETTING TOUCHED BY THAT TEN FOOT POLE, but they still hold on for DEAR LIFE?
WHY DO we have to STAY IN HURT to STAY IN LOVE to STAY IN A HOUSE where the person who STAYS THERE with us is not STAYING FAITHFUL or STAYING TRUE TO A PROMISE?
WHY IS LOVE so ELUSIVE, but CHEATING so INCLUSIVE? WHY are we stupid for TRYING TO HOLD ON to the thing that ONCE HELD US? What would you DO? AND BE HONEST.
WHY IS it that we PUT ALL THE BLAME ON THE FEMALE WE CHEATED WITH and label her the HOME WRECKER when we were the ones that told her the house was already DILAPIDATED?
WHY DO ladies fall for the man who doesn’t HAVE HIS OWN when you have a man who TAKES CARE OF HOME? Worthless says “I LOVE YOU” after a week… And you become CAPTIVATED.
WHY IS it that we refuse to love a person with all our being when it’s so easy to do? But we will try so hard to look for a reason to hurt them when they DON’T EVEN DESERVE IT?
WHY DO we give love to the people who we know will hurt us in the end? Is it that LOVE IS TRULY BLIND? Or ARE WE STILL IN THE DARK giving love to the ones who WON’T EVEN PRESERVE IT?
Maybe we FALL SHORT because OUR LEAP OF FAITH was a LEAP INTO LOVE. And we FELL INTO IT refusing to stop when WE KNEW they WEREN’T GOING TO CATCH US. We always KNEW, but IS IT ENOUGH?
WHY IS it that we put others before self. WHY DO we stand by and take hurt? Well I don’t know why….. But if I DROPPED A PIECE OF THIS PUZZLE…… I’m damn sure about to PICK IT UP.
*SE7EN SECOND THOUGHT………..
The thing about love is that we know when it is honest… We know when it holds truth…. We know the things that make it work, but we refuse to call upon them in fear of the TRUTH giving us a WAKE UP CALL. We never want the ALARM CLOCK OF LOVE to ever be SET BY TRUTH. So we TURN OUR HEADS and PRESS THE SNOOZE IN STUPIDITY BUTTON and GO BACK TO DREAMING. I will never HOLD ON TO THE THING THAT KEEPS ADDING WEIGHT TO MY EMOTIONS….. Either you DROP IT… Or the time will come when you just CAN’T BEAR THE PRESSURE and it will FALL FROM YOUR GRASP. Letting go is not an embarrassment. The person who hurts you wants it to seem that way to preserve their image. MOVING ON should NEVER WORRY ABOUT IMAGE PRESERVATION…… Its main concern should be SELF PRESERVATION. If you can SEE HURT for what it TRULY IS… Then it TRULY ISN’T WORTH A SECOND LOOK. MALE OR FEMALE… No one should PLACE FIRST to later be GIVEN A SECOND PLACE TROPHY.
