The disgraced teacher who made headlines in 2004 for having sex with one of her 14-year-old students is pregnant with twin boys.
Debra Lafave, now 30, from Florida, is four months pregnant and living with her fiancé in an attempt to get her life back on track.
Lafave – who is now using her maiden name Beasley – was ordered to stay away from children after it was discovered she had been having sex with the boy while she was a teacher at Angelo L. Greco Middle School in Temple Terrace, Florida.
She was charged with two counts of felonies after pleading guilty to having sexual intercourse and oral sex on four different occasions with the boy – one of which was at school.
But she served no jail time because the boy’s mother did not want him to have to go through the trauma of the trial.
According to the National Enquirer, Lafave is trying to put her past behind her and move on with her life with Shawn, 36, especially now that she is expecting twins.
A source told the magazine: ‘Debra is trying to put her twisted past behind her. She and Shawn are excited about becoming parents. They’ve been putting together a nursery in one of the bedrooms in the home they share together.

The fact that this is even news leaves me astonished. Who cares what she is doing now. What matters is what she did then. She screwed up, did & is still doing her time. Everyone thinks she got off easy with no jail time. Imagine someone taking your mid 20’s away from you by sentencing you to house arrest for 3 years & limiting travel & curfew for the next 7. 10 years of life gone. I tip my hat to her. She has done the time, completed every single thing the state has thrown at her (normally does not happen), found & held a commendable job, found love & is moving on. She is not a sexual predator. She has never gone back to that dark time. She doesn’t prey on adolescents. She made a mistake. Poor judgement. No different than 50 year old who shack up with 19 y old eye candy. Let her live. Leave her be. God forbid if you make an error judgement. What if you were to drive after a couple of drinks? What if you get caught? Or worse DUI manslaughter? I guess that 1 choice would ruin ur life.

Get real! A man who committed the same crimes against underage girls would be sentenced to prison, not “house arrest” so Debra got off easy. That said, you mention it took three years of her twenties away, yeah right. Debra should have served three years in prison, not in her comforty house sleeping in a real bed eating snacks & every type of food while prisoners eat crapola. Debra LaFave is a sexual predator no different than any other out there. While you mention the 50 year old dude with a 19 year old “eye candy” there is a HUGE difference. One is an adult at 19. The other as Debra LaFave found out is a underage child. Grow up! While you choose to live in La La Land. Get your head out the sand ostrich man or mouse. A real man Brad or Brat wouldn’t go there ri’ight?
P.S. The underage male victim will have to live the rest of his life with the terrible memories of how a female teacher crossed the line by breaking that trust between student & teacher. It doesn’t matter if she was “hot”. It only matters that she was put in the position to be his teacher not his sexual predator. He will need counseling in fact he will suffer greatly. While society tries to downplay the sexual assault since he was a male & she the predator was female, it doesn’t excuse the fact she had sex with an underage CHILD. It was wrong.
