For the second time since being locked up Lil Boosie has been caught sneaking liquid codeine into jail while fighting murder charges in Louisiana State penitentiary at Angola. Before being transported to Angola, Boosie was busted for sneaking codeine in jail and clearly hasn’t learned his lesson.
Boosie was caught trying to sneak codeine in his cell and a confidential source shed light on the troubled rapper attempting to to have an associate mix 1 ounce of codeine syrup with a soft drink.
He has now tacked on one count of criminal conspiracy to take contraband to and from a penal institution, and another count of inciting a felony. The new charges have added five years on to his prison sentence.
Boosie could potentially face the death penalty if charged for the alleged murder conspiracy that resulted in the death of a 35-year-old Terry Boyd, in October 2009. He is facing first-degree murder charges for paying 16-year-old Michael “Marlo Mike” Louding to kill Boyd, who shot him through the window of his house.
