Burglar Who Killed Girl, Two, After Snatching Her From Her Bedroom Is Jailed for life

A burglar who kidnapped and killed 2-year-old girl before dumping her body by a railway track has pleaded guilty to the slaying.

Aaron Noyer, 22, from Erie, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to life in prison for the second-degree murder of Elizabeth Neimeic, who he snatched from her bed and she slept.

He pleaded guilty as part of a deal which saw prosecutors agreeing to drop charges of aggravated indecent assault, kidnapping and abuse of a corpse.

In return Noyer cannot appeal the case and will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

  1. What they should have done was sentence him to ME, he kidnapped RAPED and killed my daughter, and got life…..when other ppl with lesser charges or drug conviction’s get death penalties. our court system is messed up to say the least, a year later and I’m still not quite myself, my children still cry for their sister, and I will never get the chance to walk her to school for kindergarden, or watch her smile, play, or laugh again. She will never have a first kiss, all because of this Bastard. “If i had it my way, id torture him like he did my baby”. They say monsters dont exist, I guess they never met Aron Noyer
