He recently made a triumph return back to reality TV by scoring a spot on Celebrity Apprentice.
But now former Survivor winner Richard Hatch will be sent back behind bars for yet another charge in relation to his 2005 tax evasion charge.
The 49-year-old was ordered back to prison yesterday to serve a nine-month sentence for continuing to fail paying taxes on the $1 million prize money he won on the first season of Survivor in 2000.
He will begin his sentence in a federal prison on Monday.
Hatch has already spent three years in prison for the original tax evasion charge in 2005.
On January 19, 2005, the United States Attorney’s Office in Providence, Rhode Island reported that Hatch had failed to report his winnings he had received from the Survivor show on his Federal income tax returns.
