A police officer’s wife faces up to 15 years in jail after pleading guilty to taking $60,000 from donors who believed she had terminal cancer.
Ann Crall, of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, admitted theft and charity fraud on Friday and will be sentenced on April 28.
Crall, 31, began her scam in the autumn of 2005, telling people that she had stage-four cancer and was beginning treatment, police say.
