Turnage has at least 26 children by almost as many women. Most of them are in Memphis, where he lives, but three mothers live in Forrest City. They went to court to get Turnage to pay child support.
Twenty-three-year-old Miesha Davis is the mother of a two-year-old. She says Turnage was ordered to pay her $60 a week for the child, but so far she hasn’t seen a dime.
She says she got a clue he had other women when she first met him. “It got to me when he said, ‘You’re my Forrest City girlfriend.’ I was like, your girlfriend in Forrest City? How many girlfriends you got somewhere else?” says Davis.
She did some investigating and found out, “that he had more than one baby momma.”
Turnage divides his time between Memphis and Forrest City where he has a night club called Club Envy. Davis says she met Turnage at one of his clubs.
“He was telling people to come and asked me to take him out to breakfast.” She said he persisted and she finally hooked up with him.
Davis says the key to Turnage’s success with women is his clubs, “by telling them you come down here. You get free drinks on me.”
One woman called Turnage a ho. Davis agrees. “I guess he is. He’s gotta be. He’s got a lot of kids. I mean different women, got some on the way.”
