A well-known Atlanta rapper is accused of driving drunk with children.

On Friday, police pulled over Deongelo “D-Roc” Holmes, of The Ying Yang Twins duo, when he was swerving on Norcross Road near Herrington Road, police said.

“He crossed the center line several times,” Gwinnett County police Cpl. Jake Smith told Channel 2’s Kerry Kavanaugh. “He smelled alcohol. He smelled marijuana when the driver rolled down the window.”

Officers found a 3-year-old and a two-month-old baby in his backseat. Smith said they also found marijuana and Xanex.

“When they’re putting their children in danger also, it’s completely unacceptable,” Smith said.

Holmes, 33, faces seven charges, including two counts of child endangerment. According to police records, he was previously charged with DUI on two separate occasions in 2004.
