Teen Model Sues Apple Over Stolen iPhone App Pics

Aspiring model Rebecca Battino is reportedly suing Apple for $1million over steamy photos appearing on an iTunes App Store application.

The 19 year-old New Yorker claims someone copied the photographsfrom her computer and used them in the application eXtreme Cam Girls,which had now been removed from the iTunes App Store.

“I was just upset that I’m not being paid for my pictures,” Battino told The New York Post. “I’m not embarrassed.”

Samba Studios, makers of the application, and Apple did not respondto requests for comment on the suit filed in a Manhattan federal-courtlast week, the newspaper added.

Last month, reports claimed pop singer Lily Allen was suing Apple over a hacked laptop.
