Famed producer Scott Storch was robbed at gunpoint outside of the New York Palace hotel on Madison Ave while in NYC for the MTV VMAs, according to TMZ. Scott, who filed a police report after the incident, was allegedly approached by two men while waiting in an SUV.
The robbers reportedly told Scott, “Give us all your jewelry and cash or you’re dead,” which led to him handing over a briefcase with $4K-$5K and several pieces of jewelry. The men also reportedly asked the driver for the keys to the car, which he handed over. The men reportedly drove away without opening fire.
