According to TMZ the sex tape is legitimate, which they can confirm after the hawker approached them about a potential sale and showed them some of the video. The gossip site claims that “the people in the video are both givers,” and that it’s possible that the tape was stolen out of his car after a December 2009 break-in when more than $1 million in jewelry and electronics were pinched. The tape may have been included as a file on one of two laptops nabbed in the theft.
