Cobb County Police investigators are asking the public to take a good look at Darrell Delane Cash. The 25-year-old Marietta man is accused of robbing and sexually assaulting several women he met online. Police arrested him last Tuesday, but believe there may still victims be who haven’t come forward.
Sgt. Dana Pierce said at least three women have accused Cash of attacking them since November, in or around the Caswyck Trail Apartment complex on Favor Road in Marietta.
“Investigators believe [Cash] would contact and arrange to meet females through Craigslist or backpage.com,” Sgt. Pierce said in a statement. “Cash would then meet the victim at an unoccupied house or apartment, rob and sexually assault them at gunpoint.”
He is being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on two counts of rape, two counts of armed robbery, two counts of burglary and one count of kidnapping.
