Missy Elliot has put a down payment in total of $115,000 on a 2012 Matte White Lamborghini Aventador that was going to be sold to her for a total of $376,000. Last year in 2011, she put up $30,000 in cash and her 2005 Bentley which is valued at $85,000. Her new Lambo was supposed to be shipped to her by mid-2012, but it’s now past mid 2012, and still she hasn’t received any car.
The dealership responsible for negating to deliver on their end of the deal, Florida’s Fox Valley Motor Cars, has allegedly refused to deliver her the vehicle because apparently the price of the Lambo has increased since 2011, and they are demanding that she pay them more money in order to have the vehicle shipped to her.
However, Missy is not buying into the scheme, and she is now suing Fox Valley Motor Cars for possession of her Lamborghini, along with damages from the car company’s breach of contract with her. Fox Valley Motor Cars has yet to comment on the matter.
