Lil Wayne accused of assaulting fan

A Lil Wayne fan claims he tried to sneak a pic of the rapper and was beat up because of it.

Lil Wayne is reportedly being investigated for assault the second time this month. Similar to the previous incident, the victim supposedly caught a beat down because he tried taking a photo of Weezy.

TMZ reports that Alfredo Marinp spotted Lil Wayne and his crew skating on May 3rd, and being a huge fan, Marino asked Lil Wayne for a photo but was denied.

Marino then returned to his car and tried to sneak a picture. however Lil Wayne’s entourage began walking over to him and threatening him, saying, “Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherfuckers are going to fuck you up?”

He was then hit from behind with a skateboard, which knocked him to the ground and left his head bleeding. Marino says he suffered a concussion and vertigo.

Marino’s lawyer says, “My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer.”
