Chris Brown Facing Possible Jail Time for Alleged Robbery

For Chris’ sake, he better be innocent in this current “robbery by sudden snatching” charge being filed against him over the recent accusations that he snatched a fan’s iPhone after she snapped a picture of him leaving the Cameo Nightclub in Miami, and then drove off.

Christal Spann, once a fan of Chris Brown, reported that as he exited Cameo with fellow artist, Tyga, she took a picture of Chris Brown as the pair entered his black Bentley. That’s when Chris allegedly reached out of the car window and snatched Spann’s phone while screaming at her, “B**ch, you ain’t going to put that on no website,” and then drove off with her iPhone still in his possession.

Chris Brown is still currently on probation for his “Hulk Smash!” incident on Rihanna’s face, which landed the beautiful young singer in the hospital, and Chris left on strict probation. He was charged with felony assault for severely beating Rihanna in 2009. Because of this, Brown could face some jail time for violating his probation. Chris Brown doesn’t even have to be convicted in order to violate his probation and be sent to jail, so as of right now, he is swimming dangerously in deep shark infested waters.

A source close to Chris and the entire robbery situation told RadarOnline.com:

“Chris is telling friends that he has done nothing wrong. Chris is hopeful that the evidence and the true facts of the case will result in no charges being made against him. Chris is letting his lawyer, Mark Geragos, deal with the Florida State’s Attorney’s Office. Chris is saying that a decision about whether or not charges will be filed against him could be decided and formally announced as early as Friday. He will do whatever his attorney asks him to do. He is no longer in Miami, but if he needs to return for any reason, he certainly will. Chris has nothing to hide.”

Law officials are currently reviewing all aspects of the case before they decide on any specific course of action.

So let’s get this straight, Chris dishes out a Dragonball Z beating on Rihanna in 2009, goes on probation, recently wins a Grammy, gets slammed by many for his Grammy win due to his beating of Rihanna, was recently called out by CM Punk to fight him at Wrestlmania because of his beating of Rihanna, and now could be potentially charged with a petty “robbery by sudden snatching” charge that could send him to jail…and the worst part of this case is…it involves him mistreating a woman…AGAIN!!!

Come on Chris, even if you’re innocent, you have to get your act together and stay away from situations like this.
