Clinton was asked by CNN’s Erin Burnett about Trump’s claims that Hillary Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic nomination, was ‘perhaps the worst secretary of state in history.’
The former president acknowledged that ‘you have to be able to brand yourself’ when running for office.’
‘The thing about branding is, you don’t have to…be fact-free,’ Clinton told Burnett, to laughter from the live audience watching the interview at the Clinton Global Initiative.
