Newlyweds Mike and Nicole Abel from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, were among those killed after a tour helicopter slammed into a mountain ridge on Hawaii’s Molokai island, killing the pilot and the four tourists on board. The couple (pictured above) were on their honeymoon. The tour company has grounded its remaining helicopters as Federal officials investigate.
