A-kon 23 Artist Alley

Artist Alley. It is just how it sounds. Its a place for artists. Artist from all over come and display their art in hopes that it will sell. Most of it is Anime or Video Game based but original work is always welcome and it is all of high quality. Its not all about prints here though. You can also find an assortment of hand made pins, accessories, comics, T shirts, and just about anything else that can be hand made.

Artist alley is pretty much another dealer room only more personal and everything is made with a bit more love and compassion. Take the time to talk to the artists and crafters. Ask them about their art, what they do and how they do it. Most of them would love to talk , joke around and tell stories to you. Once in a blue moon you might find a fun little present at one of the booths. Like this doodle of me that the artists of EnraptureComic would quickly sketch if you spent more than $10 at their booth.

Below are the art that I bought this time around:

What is this? It looks like its almost noon here at the con! Almost time for the Dealer’s room to open for business –> next article
