Brown had a special gripe against gossip hub TMZ, which has posted several round-the-clock updates for the altercation: “@tmz y’all full of sh–!!! It’s insane how your stories are not informative at all and far from fucking facts!”
The fight took place on June 14 at New York nightclub W.i.P. during which several anonymous witnesses reportedly told TMZ that a member of Brown’s crew, “was throwing gang signs and screaming at Drake’s table.” Witnesses claimed that the dreadlocked man was the “primary instigator” of the brawl, claiming he verbally attacked Drake’s table and yelled out, “somebody’s gonna die.” He also later allegedly threatened rapper Meek Mill, whose involvement remains unknown, saying, “F— you, we’re gonna kill you n—a.” The brawl that ensued involved thrown liquor bottles and punches that left five injured. Chris sustained a bruise on his chin and his bodyguard, Big Pat, was seriously injured.
