CROSSETT, Ark. – In an unusual series of events, two Crossett Police Officers have been fired from their jobs and face possible decertification and criminal charges.
On March 13, the Crossett School District Superintendent says the two officers are seen on surveillance video coming into one of the district’s schools after hours through an open window. The superintendent says they then took cartons of milk and left.
The Crossett Police Chief says the men were on duty at the time. They are still investigating the reason — if any — why the officers were in the school. Officials say there was no sign of vandalism.
