West Memphis Launches $10,000 Relocation Incentive

West Memphis, Arkansas, has introduced a new incentive program to attract new residents. The “Move to West Memphis” campaign offers financial incentives to individuals and families considering relocating to the city. Those who purchase a home in West Memphis are eligible to receive $10,000, while renters can qualify for a $5,000 cash incentive.

The campaign emphasizes the various attractions and amenities West Memphis has to offer, including outdoor activities, dining options, shopping, and entertainment venues like the Southland Casino Hotel. This initiative is part of the city’s broader effort to boost its population and economic growth by showcasing the benefits of living in West Memphis.
