A music festival boasting award winning artists like Cardi B and H.E.R. claims it’s coming to Little Rock by the end of May.
But, don’t get too excited.
It hasn’t been announced yet, and tickets aren’t available. The question is why?
We only learned about the event because sponsorship proposals are making the rounds in the city, and businesses are concerned this isn’t legitimate.
“Rocpalooza” is requesting sponsors from $10,000 to $500,000 for a one-day concert.
