The recent parody of Waka Flocka’s song “Hard In The Paint” whereactors portray President Barack Obama and First Lady, Michelle as weedsmoking, liquor drinking party animals is obviously intended to befunny. The only problem is, not everyone is laughing.
In a New York Times article about the video “Baracka Flacka Flames (Head Of The State),” both Waka and his mom/manager Debra Antney, voiced their displeasure with how African Americans are portrayed in the clip.
“That they used it to be so sarcastic, it was almost a form of disrespect,†Waka said. Although he did share the link to the video on his twitter account.
