Kid Icarus: Uprising, which is released on March 23, isn’t going to be thrown out to the masses like any other game. No no, starting March 8, Nintendo of America will be hosting several multiplayer tournaments at select GameStop locations such as San Fransico, Orlando, Los Angeles, and New York in order to promote the game and its intuitive multiplayer combat.
If you are interested in this game you can show up just to try it out or you can compete in the local tournament. The winners of each tournament become eligible to win prizes such as an all-expenses-paid trip to New York in order to participate in the national championship and to receive so interesting exclusive KI:U swag.
