Twin brothers have been charged with raping a 16-year-old girl in southwest Houston.
The girl told police she agreed to have sex with the brothers but changed her mind when they led her on Nov. 28 to an alley behind a strip center in the 14700 block of Memorial, according to a criminal complaint.
She “told the defendants that she needed to go home,” but they “refused to allow her to leave,” the complaint states.
Investigators said the brothers took turns sexually assaulting her, while one served as lookout.
A man then walked around the corner of the business center, “scaring the defendants away,” according to the complaint.
The girl then called her mother, and police were notified.
