Rapper Young Buck Faces Liquidation Of Assets

Nashville-based rapper Young Buck, otherwise known as David Brown, will be appearing in court Tuesday morning.

Brown owes the IRS hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes and faces liquidation of his assets.

A trustee for Brown’s property filed a motion for his case to be converted from Chapter 11 reorganization to Chapter 7 liquidation.

Brown’s reorganization plan included the recording of new material.

That hasn’t happened because the head of his recording label, rapper 50 Cent, is not allowing Brown to record any new material.

Young Buck is also not allowed to leave the label.
