SEARCY, AR — The Searcy Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying a man they say robbed a female at gunpoint on Sunday night.

It was reported that the female victim met the suspect online and then joined him later for dinner. After, the two went to the woman’s home to watch a movie, where later that night he supposedly held her at gunpoint and demanded she drive to the ATM to withdraw money, which he also took.

The suspect returned the victim to her residence and then left in an unknown vehicle.

Police believe the suspect is from the North Little Rock Area and uses the name “Truuu.”

If anyone can identify the man, Searcy police are asking to be contacted at 501-268-3531.
