A Beverly Hills police officer has been accused of checking out the goods on Whitney Houston’s nude body while she lay dead in a Beverly Hilton Hotel suite back in February, 2012, but law enforcement sources say the allegations are false, TMZ reports.

The claim was made by officer Brian Weir, who says a sergeant removed the sheet covering her below the genitals and said, “Damn, she’s still looking good, huh?” The officer allegedly added she “looked attractive for a woman of her age and current state.”

Weir filed a complaint with the California Department of Labor, claiming the Beverly Hills PD retaliated against him for filing a complaint and took away his position with the SWAT and K-9 Units. Weir allegedly complained to his supervisor shortly after the incident; however, law enforcement sources say Weir never made any sort of complaint. Apparently, police weren’t aware that Weir had a problem until they heard about it Monday.

Weir says he’s been harassed and stripped of privileges since allegedly reporting the incident.
