Is Paris Hilton shopping for engagement rings? That is the question being asked by celebrity gossip hounds.
Hilton, who just turned 30 years old, reportedly told Ryan Seacrest that Cy Waits, her most recent love interest, is likely going to propose in the near future. Reports have surfaced that the couple was recently seen checking out engagement rings.
The couple was spotted at Jacob & Company in New York this past Friday. Hilton supposedly left with a $25,000 diamond-encrusted band.  People magazine quotes a source as saying,”They were really cute together. Paris was making comments about the rings and joking that her ring has to be at least 24 carats.”
Hilton’s camp claims the ring is a birthday present. Waits is a successful nightclub owner. Hilton and he have been dating since last summer. Hilton says she “has never been happier.”
