Linnon Stylz Presents New Single “Crown Me (The New King of R’n’B)”

Read that again and tell me if it’s not the catchiest thing you’ve heard in a good while. You don’t even need the music to get it stuck in your head, but it sure helps.

The lyrics above is from an incredible little song by the name of “Crown Me (The New King of R’n’B)” from Detroit-born artist, Linnon Stylz.

“Ain’t nobody fucking with me, ‘Cause I’m the New King of RnB”

Now, Linnon has a bit of an interesting history behind him. Knowing from an early age that he wanted to ‘do’ music when he grew up, he pursued it relentlessly in any setting available. High school talent show? He was there. Church choir? You bet. And with each song he sang in public, it became a little clearer to him that that’s what he wanted to do with his life: make music.

In the words of one of his idols, R. Kelly, he “believed he could fly” and so he did.

But he didn’t want to do anything “usual”. He didn’t want to be just another artist you hear on the radio (or on Spotify, these days) and like, but forget about the next day. For as long as he’s been around, the New King, Linnon Stylz, has always stood out through the audacity and the creativity of his tracks.

Linnon Stylz’ music has always been outside the box. Stylz actually encourages his audience to expect the unexpected. He thinks it’d be boring any other way and we couldn’t help but agree. But a unique vision isn’t enough, sadly, to make a great musician. You also need a lot of guts to put your music out there and even more, to know how much it’s worth. Luckily, Stylz has got plenty of that as well. I mean, just look at the title of his new song: “Crown Me (The New King of R’n’B)”. Now doesn’t that show the guy knows what he’s got?

Then, of course, an artist needs about a bucketful of talent. Check. I don’t know exactly what it is about the song, but everything seems to flow so perfectly in Linnon Stylz’s music. The melody itself with these exciting, interesting beats. His voice that is bold and just brimming with passion and youth and that “the world is yours” attitude that only such young talents can have.

I don’t know what he did to create this unique vibe (and isn’t that how it should be with great artists?), but Linnon Stylz definitely inspires you with the same amazing feeling that R. Kelly once did. Be sure to connect with Linnon Stylez on all social media and digital music platforms.
