is reporting that Epps got fed up with a photographer who wouldn’t
leave him alone. After a while Epps decided the time for talking was
over with, and started scrapping with the unwanted troublemaker right in
the middle of the restaurant.
Of course, it was all caught on tape by someones camera phone. The
footage isn’t that great, but at one point you can see Epps letting his
fists fly.
“It was a private celebration for my wife’s birthday. I asked the
photographer numerous times not to film, but he refused to let up. I
then attempted to retrieve the tape from the camera,” Epps told TMZ
