On Saturday, January 16, 2021 at approx. 1947, two hooded, armed males (one armed with a rifle and the other armed with a pistol) are seen on doorbell video crossing the street to 937 Van Duzer St, which is listed as Demonlow Studios. The male with the rifle rings the doorbell to the property before he rushes inside while firing his rifle. A moment later, the second male with the pistol follows behind the first male while he also shoots. Dozens of gunshots can be heard right before both suspects flee the scene. One male who was shot several times and died was identified as Jahade Chancey, 23. The NYPD is searching for the two males seen in this video.
