Name: Danisha M
Chest: 32 B
Waist: 28
Hip: 36

Published model: Yes or No…I have been published on a few web-sites..But look out for me, I will be featured on a few print publications.

Accomplishments: Traveling to L.A to showcase my talent to major agencies. Being signed by a few local agencies in my area. Working as an extra on major projects and TV shows. Hosting and promoting some other entertainment events. To be honest everything I have done has been a major accomplishment for me in my career. One step closer to my dreams!

Current Career: Full-time student!

Activist: I am not an activist of any sort, but after doing some heavy research I realized I am against abortions. “You are adult enough to lie down and do the act but not adult enough to take care of the child that might come out of it”.

Hobbies or Interest: I love to sing. At first singing was a passion of mine but over the years it has become a hobby. Eventually one day I can pursue a career as a singer. I also love to read and watch movies.

Tell us a little bit about how you got started and what you have going on or coming up! Don’t forget any, print, film, or video(s) you have been seen in. I pretty much started pursuing a career in the entertainment industry around 13. My mother paid my way though acting school and I was given the opportunity to travel to L.A to meet with top agencies. Two were interested in me but my mother and I weren’t willing to relocate to take the opportunity. After auditioning for a lot of castings and doing some voice-over work and extra-work, I decided to give modeling and acting a break. Finally 4 years later I decided modeling is what I really want to do! Since October 2011, I have been grinding and working hard to pursue my dreams as an established model and actress. I am not new to the game. I just need great management and an awesome team behind me because it isn’t easy. It’s more than what a lot of people think! I am grateful for every opportunity though. I was offered some great one’s (a TV show appearance, guest appearances on radio-show) but unfortunately I didn’t grab them fast enough. But I know with hard-work, dedication, determination and of course God; I will conquer! Being a full-time student and model isn’t easy at all but like I said before, I have determination! I also would like to see more Haitians in the industry, I am Haitian myself and I would love to represent my culture in a positive way.
