Oprah has been in a headlines a lot lately. No, even some-more than usual.
Welcoming First Lady Michelle Obama to her show, introducing her half-sister as well as scheming to OWN us all, 2011 has been a ensign year for her so far.
Today, however, Winfrey is usually in a headlines since it’s Jan 29th – additionally Adam Lambert’s birthday.
Here’s wishing the Talk Show queen a happy 57th! Oprah. One of few stars famous enough to go by first name only.
Leave a comment with your birthday greetings
I love and respect Oprah Winfrey. She has made great impact during her career, and it’s sad that OWN channel, which launched only two months ago, is being watched by less than 150,000 people at any one time, and its ratings are 10 per cent lower than for the cable channel it replaced – which was called Discovery Health. The Oprah Channel is a $240 million joint venture with Discovery and it definitely deserves to attract better audience. But for that the channel must has exceptional visionaries on board with truly innovative ideas for the content that has never been produced before. Then the channel can make even larger impact on the state of the society worldwide. It’s too bad that nobody in Ms.Winfrey’s team responds to the proposal that I’ve sent 🙂 We could take the channel to completely new level with the strategy that I have in place. But the dialog must start… Until then… 😉 Oh well 😉
