Foxy was dining at the Velvet Peach Cafe in Prospect Heights when a chef from the cafe snapped a pic of the “diva;” which set her of, she then preceeded to argue with the co-owner of the restaurant. On lookers said that Brown was sweet until the pic was taken,
“She proceeded to get into an argument with the restaurant’s co-owner and threatened litigation if the photo were publicly used.” A friend of brown said “It was an argument. She’s working on herself and everything else in her life. She’s working to rebuild her career, and at the end of the day, she’ll have something great.” The manager of the Velvet Peach declined to comment
