A 15-year-old Brownsville, Texas student was shot and killed by officers after he brought a loaded gun to his middle school.

Police rushed over to Cummings Middle School around 8 am after getting reports that a student brought a gun to school. Brownsville police Detective J.J. Trevino revealed that the boy aimed the gun at police before when they approached him in the hallway.

No other students were harmed in the incident, as they were escorted by bus to a nearby high school and park.
