Chris Brown’s neighbors have deemed him “the neighbor from Hell” after repeatedly parking his luxury rides in handicapped spots, blasting music and racing dogs in the hallway.
Chris has only lived in the building for a few months and neighbors have been furious over the antics following his arrival. His lawyer claims that Chris is being treated unfairly, because the deed shows the two spots Chris is parking his cars in belong to him, but the developer never explained the spots were handicapped.
Chris has been ticketed numerous times by the city over the parking violations and other residents are planning on having his cars towed if he parks in the handicapped spots again.
