Arkansas Authorities Name Official Suspect in 1995 Morgan Nick Kidnapping Case

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), in collaboration with the Alma Sheriff’s Department and the Arkansas State Police, has officially named a suspect in the 1995 disappearance of Morgan Nick.

Following years of investigation, authorities have identified Billy Jack Lincks as the primary suspect. Lincks, who owned a red truck under scrutiny for years, became a focal point after investigators discovered multiple hairs in the vehicle. These samples were subjected to DNA analysis, providing crucial evidence that has moved the case forward.

Morgan Nick was six years old when she was abducted from a ballpark in Alma, Arkansas. This latest development brings new hope to solving the nearly three-decade-old case.
