Kansas Restaurant Under Fire After Viral Video Shows Worker Chopping Meat on Ground

A Kansas restaurant is facing public backlash after a viral video surfaced showing an employee chopping meat directly on the ground. The video, which has garnered thousands of views, depicts the worker tossing chopped meat from the pavement into a container.

Jennifer Watkins, who witnessed the incident, described it as “gut-wrenching,” adding, “I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. There was no cutting board or anything—just concrete.”

The restaurant’s owner has since addressed the controversy, urging customers not to be alarmed. However, the video has sparked concerns about food safety practices, leaving many questioning the establishment’s hygiene standards. Authorities have yet to comment on whether an investigation will be launched.
