Jenna Talackova has been disqualified for competing in Miss Universe Canada 2012, despite, she says, meeting the eligibility requirements. The 23 year old falls in the required age range and is Canadian. She’s also transgender and believes that’s the reason she was kicked out. Transgender groups are up in arms over the decision, saying it’s discrimination.
