Rap star 50 Cent has invested in a new company called Gunnar Optiks
in the hope to spark the sale of 3D glasses and televisions, which have
not been selling as well as some analysts have predicted.
50 Cent became involved with Gunnar after turning down an endorsement deal, in favor of a stake in the company.
The company specialises in manufacturing 3D glasses and in making
sharper images that help reduce eye irritation and headaches, which is
an issue that some users have raised concerns about with 3D equipment.
The stylish 3D eye-wear will be retailed between $70 and $200. However is the rapper’s investment a wise one?
