Three Wilmington, North Carolina police officers were fired after investigators discovered racist rants during review of dash cam footage. One of the officers, identified as Kevin Piner, said he thinks another civil war is necessary to “wipe Black people off the map.” He also told other officers that he was planning to buy a new assault rifle and would start “slaughtering” Black people.
