A foster mother is being quizzed by detectives after the 17-month-old boy in her care was found barely conscious and covered in bruises.
The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) in New York is also conducting its own probe into the suspected abuse of Kymell Oram.
Teyuana Cummings, 32, has not been charged with a crime.
However sources told the New York Daily News that police officers were sickened by what they saw at her East New York apartment after responding to her Thursday morning 911 call about a child not being able to breathe.
Kymell looked ‘like he was thrown against the wall on a daily basis’ and was ‘covered with deep bruises,’ investigators claimed.
