Reports just burst onto the scene via TMZ that rapper Young Dro got his precious Maserati repo’d!
Apparently, Dro leased a $134,000, 2007 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT back in January of 2008, and agreed to pay a $7,500 down payment, along with monthly installments of $1,606.62. However, Young Dro failed to meet his financial obligations and neglected to pay his monthly Maserati bills, and now owes the leasing company a total of $61,220.37. Due to his financial neglect, his Maserati has been repo’d.
The leasing company is seeking to get the money that Dro owes them paid in full, along with attorney fees. Hopefully Dro will handle this issue accordingly and in a timely manner. If not, then he may sadly become the next celebrity to face jail time due to financial issues.
