Timothy Bradley spoke with VladTV about his upcoming rematch vs Manny Pacquiao on Saturday, April 12th. Even though he won the first fight in the eyes of the judges, he lost in the eyes of the majority of boxing fans, and suffered greatly as a result in terms of the lack of respect he was given for the work he put in. Bradley even received serious death threats sent directly to his home by angry fans. He spoke on taking this fight primarily in order to gain the love and respect he feels he deserved the first time around.
Bradley also addressed the possibility of fighting Mayweather in the future and how he is unsure if that will ever happen because Mayweather is his own boss and picks his fights specifically, so he has no control over that happening. He doesn’t think that Mayweather vs Pacquiao will happen after he puts in work against Pacman on April 12th.
Bradley concluded by addressing the controversial victory awarded to Danny “Swift” Garcia in his title match vs Mauricio Herrera in Puerto Rico. Bradley, who spars with Herrera, believes that Herrera is a “beast” and was robbed of the victory.
Tune in to watch Tim Bradley throw hands with Manny Pacquiao for a second time on Saturday, April 12th, live on Pay-Per-View. Who do you think will be victorious?
