The Heat Magazine Loves Our Staff

The Heat Magazine is extremely proud of its inaugural staff. We have been blessed with some of the most extraordinary talent that can be found anywhere – and for that, we are thankful. We are family – and we are becoming an extended family.

From LA Dre, our President/Publisher/Editor-in-Chief, to our VP/Asst. Editor-in-Chief (me), to our brilliant Seven “Quinspirations” Johnson, to Taylor “Tazzy B” Broussard, to our Heat Mag Capo, ‘Strait Jigg’, to our Jazz Columnist ‘Jazis’ and on down the line, we are proud of our publication and cannot wait to see how far we can take this endeavor. We’ll be shedding tears the day that Seven and Jigg move on to their various endeavors and we hope they remember us *tear*. In the next couple of years, we see Seven & Jigg doing real big things – so get a good look at them now so you can say you used to read their posts “when”.

We will continue to bring to our readers the quality news, entertainment and posts that they are accustomed to reading. Make sure you check out our recent interviews with some popular celebrities and music artists and stay tuned – there is much more to come.

Make sure to also follow our coverage of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. The Heat Magazine will be all and up through there this weekend. Also be sure to visit our Facebook fan page and click “LIKE”, so you can always keep us in your timeline.

So what we’re really trying to say is, we are poised to take over the world ….. this is just the tip of the iceberg for us! We hope you’re along for the ride.
