Suspect Arrested for Hit-And-Run That Killed Nail Salon Worker Over A $35 Manicure

It’s been reported that an arrest has been made in the fatal hit-and-run that took the life of Nhu “Annie” Ngoc Quynh Nguyen, a Vietnamese nail salon worker who followed a customer to their car to retrieve $35 for a manicure. It’s been announced that 21-year-old Krystal Whippie has been arrested for the senseless murder, after Las Vegas Police were given a tip on her whereabouts in Phoenix, Arizona. She was reportedly taken into custody without incident.
