Stanislav Pospelov is a contemporary jazz musician, leader of the Furthur Light art project and the Red Flower production studio
Stanislav Pospelov creates a whole new realm, combining jazz music, Russian poetry and art. The focal point of his work is flame as the source of light and warmth that brings people together. He strongly believes that culture may improve friendly interhuman relations, environmental awareness and make the world a better place. He considers art as an instrument to draw attention to social, spiritual and mystical issues.He has successfully disproved a popular opinion that Russian phonetics is inappropriate for jazz music.
Stanislav Pospelove is a self-taught musician. He plays guitar and piano and creates distinctive poetry. He studied theoretical physics. He used to work as a mortician, industrial climber, arborist, piano tuner and sound engineer. He almost caught fire at one of his concerts.
Pospelov has published a book of poetry «About Earth and its Tourists». He created a series of art objects for numerous art and music festivals in Russia. In 2019, Furthur Light released its first album “It Sounds” and at “Singular” as NFT. They dropped the second recording session – “Sinesthesia”, where different senses mix to combine musical forms with free music.
