In an interval, New Orleans eclectic hip hop artist Dappa has been busy assisting the careers of other artists in New Orleans and abroad. Whether it was recording engineering, live shows, producing, or songwriting, he immersed himself in the arts and displayed selflessness this past few years.
All of this has transpired on the heels of being a vital element in the rap group “The Rap Pack”. Dappa’s talent transcends his participation with this talented group. He quietly gained platinum success due to his songwriting contribution on Baby Boy Da Prince’s single “The Way I Live”.
Last year in the studio with Dappa while recording a collaborative effort, he mentioned that he was unsure of when to release new material but still remained focused and humble.
A year later, he’s planting seeds of great and unique music. Ranging from fun recordings to heartfelt products, Dappa is in his zone and his creativity is currently manifesting.
The second entry is a compelling video that speaks internally to Dappa and serves as extrinsic motivation to other creatives in the music industry.
